Trolldom


- The Nordic and Scandinavian Folk Magic Tradition -

Surprisingly little has ever been published about this tradition outside the academic folkloristic circle so far. In the articles below I will continously try and paint an accurate picture of how real magic has been practiced in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Iceland in the last 500 years.
It is NOT my intention to describe the Older tradition (pre 1400 or so) to any greater extent, except those concepts and methods that survived and continued to be an active
ingredient in the practice of Trolldom.

These articles will be written and updated continously, so be sure to check on them from time to time.
